我的说说(2015-2016)
活在当下，商业社会，认钱不认人，信任危机。真诚善良，好人加持，贵人相助；私心邪念，学坏使坏，众叛亲离。
一辈子只专注一件事，叫做境界；把一件事做到极致，叫做成就事业。为事业打拼，最快乐的并非结果，而是你陶醉于享受这个过程，这种快乐是别人无法想象的。
“三观”正，才不亚健康。
为官一时，谨言慎行，不聋不瞎，不会当家。说的是一种智慧，只有难得糊涂，包容该包容的，原谅可原谅的，才能团结好人办实事；稀里糊涂，颠倒黑白，包庇纵容，被人利用，才会宠坏小人出大事。
其实管理大致可分为务实和务虚两大类，都是由管理思想与管理思维决定的。是务实高效，快乐工作吗？还是装洋作秀，冷漠自私呢?两样东西说了算：一是团队成员的感受，二是组织绩效指标的好坏。
人力资源管理的终极目标是提高人的积极性，换句话说，员工的积极性高低就成了人力资源管理工作好坏的“晴雨表”。
恶人是被懦弱宠出来的。
斗士不该死于背后一刀。
“家长制”必然造成“弱智化”管理。大家都不想、不敢、不愿意去主动做和说。
不能做事，只会处世的人用多了，组织就会陷入庸官懒政、冷漠自私、活稀泥的坑里。
事实上，新版本的社群经济以互联网手机、移动PC、微信、平板的普及为标志从2012年就悄悄开始发展起来了，随着“互联网十”顺猛功势发展下去，社群经济将成为无边界的“大一统”经济模式。

组织绩效总量等于岗位劳动效率合力，岗位劳动效率低下，重复劳动等负效应，必然导致组织绩效差，组织平庸、崩溃、惨败之直接根源全在于此。
产出岗位越细分越好，管理岗位越合并职能越好。
盲目推高的KPI助推绩效考核逆效应，最终成了社会效益低下的万恶之源。
因为牵一发而动全身，所以编程总会难免有bug涌现。程序员最大的乐趣就是持续解决了bug的成就感。
坚持是一种修行。
快乐一分钟，不快乐也是一分钟，每分钟都不要留给不快乐的人和事。
编程不仅仅是技术，也是创造价值的艺术。
言宜慢，心宜善，纳于言而敏于行。
整整一代人注定要遗臭万年，史书上会这样评述：他们耗尽了地下的资源，他们浑浊了地面的湖海，他们污秽了天上的空气，他们沦丧了几千年人类形成的道德，小孩不敢独自出门，老人倒地无人扶起，歹徒横行四邻沉默，金钱和权力是他们惟一的图腾，善良诚实和勤劳勇敢被无情抛弃。
所谓全局，就是点、线、面的结合。
该说不说，叫失人；该说说错，叫失言；不该说乱说，叫失察。
团结好人干实事。
生命止于无知。
觉、正、净，迷、邪、染。细节决定成败，性格决定人生。
倾听是一种态度，感恩是一份美德，尊重是一份责任，宽容是一大智慧。
一个人的思想是海洋，外在的东西只不过是冰山一角。
长期在充满诡秘和恶性竞争的氛围中野蛮生长，人与人之间就没有真诚，只有冷漠自私、虚伪和信任危机。人心坏了，风气必然不好。
不求好人就有好报，但力求用好报来造就好人。
社会的每一次变革，只要既得利益者不吭气，总会朝坏的方向恶化，组织就这样一步步掉入恶性循环的陷井。
免费的东西，用不起，来得轻松，去得易；越是简单的，就是最无价值的。
成长是一个过程，经历是一笔财富。
学习是一种兴趣，学习是一种习惯；学习是一种思想，学习是一种能力。
去英雄时代，宁可平庸、自甘坠落，也不会当精英。
为而不争顺天道；争而不为与时进。
平庸是一种惯性，因为没有什么比平庸保护自己更彻底。
组织坚持错误多了，愚忠愚孝多了，就会破坏团结协作，造成恶性竞争，使组织管理快速滑入恶性循环的陷井。
一个合格的管理者必须清醒认识到“劣币驱逐良币”的逆效应，才不会被说得天花乱坠的肤浅说法所迷失方向而俘虏。
人生境界：活着就行；存在，创造价值。
我们失去的是金钱和时间，换来的是时好时坏的健康和或多或少的快乐。
活在世上最有意义的两件事：一是让人爽，二是减轻人的不爽。这叫价值！
天朝就是制度不好，何人、何时、何地、何事都玩机遇、玩造化。
企业管理九字诀：高层破解“没得法”、中层破解“我以为”、基层破解“整不来”。
