“听话”是一种人生态度，“选择”是一个人的胆识，“责任”就是一生人做事成事的大智慧。总结前人的经验教训，站在巨人的肩膀上，选择自己喜欢的，干好自己选择的，扛起责任，敢于担当，快乐工作，快乐生活，快乐人生。
为官6个字—作风、效果、着想
“作风”是镜子也是旗子，不要看怎样说，要看怎样做，身教胜过言教。为官者关键是看一个人的工作作风，要看是不是有真干事和干实事的作风；“效果”当然是为官者的本事，要研究干成事的艺术、追求干成事的效果，也就是务实高效；“着想”是为官者的大度和风范，要尊重别人，学会换位思考，多为别人着想，要为组织负责，多为增加组织成员收入，让大家得到实惠着想。
管理9个字—系统性、一致性、专业性
“系统性”是管理者必备的管理思想，也就是常说的顾大局、识大体，全面考虑，统筹兼顾，有系统分析处理问题的思想，还要有团队合作意识，系统性要求是管理成功的基石；“一致性”是思考和处理问题要高度一致而不要顾此失彼，也就是要抓纲纪和注重制度建设，要靠制度管人管事、靠严肃纲纪来抓制度落实，一致性要求是管理成功的关键；“专业性”是要求管理者必须尊重专业、尊重专业人才或专业部门的观点和意见，官本位强势压制专业化是大忌而又大错，换句话说，没有专业性的管理，靠官本位思想或经验主义评判或决策，就会阻碍组织的管理进步，还会弱化系统性和一致性导致管理更落后，工作效率降低，因此，专业性要求是管理成功的催化剂。
工作13个字—做正确事，正确做事，把事做正确
“做正确事”是要求决策者把握正确的方向，提出的工作目标必须是对的，才不会让大家南辕北辙，目标弄错了，力使得越大，偏离组织发展方向就越远；“正确做事”是要求中层管理人员领会组织意图带兵打仗攻山头，用务虚的思维和错误方法做事，再宏伟正确的工作目标也不可能实现；“把事做正确”是要求基层员工把很具体的事按很明确的游戏规则或操作规程标准化地做正确。
