管理就是让别人如何做事。做正确的事（决策）、正确做事（执行）、把事做正确（操作）。
组织最要命的是：“优秀的出色的干了不该干的事，甚至有的人总是在野草上施肥，努力地犯错误，把造孽当事业干”。好的组织要做正确的事，然后要求干部按组织意图正确做事，最后每个基层员工才会把事做正确。
管理往往是牵一发而动全身，破坏管理制度或扰乱管理秩序，只会降低工作效率，让组织管理停滞或倒退。管理说到最后就是一句话：开明与专治，如何把握度。
自古官场皆丑陋。高官爵禄，福也大，祸也大，到最后还落得个家破人亡；寻常百姓，福也小，祸也小，寿终正寝，哪个不是七老八十老。
搞管理不能不变，也不要乱变。变好了，一好遮百丑，大家都有好处，自然就说你好!变不好，好人都被说成坏人，这叫做“社会负面放大效应”。
工作是为了生活，生活不是为了工作。
能力大了，官小了，这叫做人力资源浪费，也是最大的浪费；能力小了，官大了，最终要害了自己，还会毁了组织，甚至是祸国殃民。
马屁文化，俗不可奈，风气不好，同样一句话，在高层的嘴里讲出来，叫“指示”，中层的嘴里说出来，叫“牢骚”，到了基层的嘴里，叫“屁话”。
管理宁可说“不知道”，也不要说“我以为”。
