用户使用正常费率通道刷卡时，如果单次刷卡10000元，最低费率是0.55%+3元，总共付出58元手续费，发卡行可以收到45-3.25=41.75元，银联可以收到3.25+3.25=6.5元，POS厂商及代理商收到9.75元。如果使用云闪付通道呢，用户最多付出38元，POS厂商没有钱，银联一分不要，可能还倒贴一点给银行，银行收到的钱大于等于38元小于等于41.75元。
