虞世南说：“不知易不可为将帅。”，而对于普通人来说，《易经》是一部涵养福报的典籍。
读懂易理，你的人生越来有福气。
1.仁者见之谓之仁，知者见之谓之知
仁者看见仁的方面，智者，看见智的方面。《周易》认为，天地万物都存在着阴阳两个对立面，而阴阳的矛盾变化规律称之为道。“道”存在于天地万物之中，也潜藏在人类社会中“道”显现于仁德；在自然无为中，“道”鼓动化育万物生长。
每个人都是从自己的角度看待事物，仁者眼里看到的只有仁，智者看到的只有智，君子看到的是品德修养，小人看到的是人我是非。所以我们要放下执着，尤其是我执我见。
2.自天佑之，吉无不利
大有卦的上九爻辞讲：“自天佑之，吉无不利。”很多书里面说，“自天佑之”就是来自于上天的保佑，其实这是不对的。上天不会保佑任何人。
孔子在解读《易经》的时候说：“佑着，助也。天之所助着，顺也；人之所助者，信也。履信思乎顺，又以尚贤也。
如果我们能做到待人诚恳和信用，上天也愿意帮助你。
3.山上有水，蹇，君子以反身修德
出自《易经 蹇卦》，意思是说君子在面对挫折、困难（蹇）的时候，应该反躬自问，修养品德。人生不如意事十之八九，每个人都会经历“时运不齐，命途多舛”的时候。面对蹇塞的道路，《易经》告诉我们，要学会“反身修德”。
孟子曰：“行有不得者，皆反求诸己，其身正而天下归之。”意思是说君子遇到困难，首先一定要省察自己，看看困境是不是由自己造成的，或者想想如何化解难题，也就是蹇卦所说的反身修德。
4.积善之家必有余庆，积不善之家必有余殃
积累善行善德的家族，这个家族的福报不会断绝，家族的后代也会承受福报。常常做不善之事的家族，这个家族会经常发生灾祸，甚至连累后代。
荀子说，“积善成德，而神明自得，圣心备焉。”古代大德教人改心，现在人叫调整心态，起心动念，言语造作，当以善念，当每晚省身，害人伤人之心切不可有，助人谅人之心还须思之。
5.大喜易失言
言多必失，特别是在高兴的时候，其实那时的心态是善而良性的，因为希望倾诉，所以不吐不快；因为希望分享，所以广而告之。但是，心可以亢奋，话仍要沉稳。因为，说出去的话，再也不能收回。所以我们在平常一定要注意自己的言行。
6.二人同心，其利断金；同心之言，其臭如兰
同心协办的人，他们的力量足以把坚硬的金属弄断；同心同德的人发表一致的意见，说服力强，人们就像嗅到芬芳的兰花香味，容易接受。
7.天行健，君子以自强不息；地势坤，君子以厚德载物
天（即自然）的运动刚强劲健，相应于此，君子处世，应像天一样，自我力求进步，刚毅坚卓，发愤图强，永不停息；大地的气势厚实和顺，君子应增厚美德，容载万物。也就是说，作为君子，应该有坚强的意志，永不止息的奋斗精神，努力加强自我修养，完成并发展自己的学业或事业，能这样做才体现了天的意志，不辜负宇宙给予君子的职责和才能。君子的品德应如大地般厚实可以承载万物。厚德载物，作为中华民族的精神和优良传统是十分重要的。一个有道德的人，应当像大地那样宽广厚实，像大地那样承载万物和生长万物。
《易经》正是如此，所谓“太极生两仪，两仪生四象，四象生八卦”，从简至繁，也可重回朴素，治大国若烹小鲜，过一生只要读懂《易经》就够了。
