生老病死，吃穿住行，天经地义。但如今，娃生不起，老养不起，病医不起，墓葬不起，房买不起，车开不起，官得罪不起，咱们老百姓居然好好的活得起，真是了不起。
大凡平庸之辈，关键时候就会有两种拙劣表现，走向两个极端：要么是为别人做嫁衣，杯水人情，何乐而不为？要么是认贼为父，有奶便是娘，墙倒众人推。
做事情要单纯、虔诚，对神圣的东西要知道敬畏，对苦难和不公正的命运要学会忍耐。
一个傲慢与偏见的人，注定是一个黑白颠倒的人。
善待每个人，快乐每一天。
人不知廉耻，便无道德操守可言。君子宠辱不惊，小人忘乎所以。
人与动物的基本属性是：自私、贪婪、懒惰；人与动物的不同之处是：动物的嘴是用来吃食物唯生，而人的嘴还用来自圆其说、诽谤、歪曲。所以说，宁可相信世上有鬼，也不要轻易相信人的这张嘴。
感激伤害你的人，因为他磨炼了你的心志；感激欺骗你的人，因为他增长了你的见识；感激鞭打你的人，因为他消除了你的业障；感激遗弃你的人，因为他教导了你应自立；感激绊倒你的人，因为他强化了你的能力；感激斥责你的人，因为他提升了你的智慧。
“感恩”和“敬畏”，是人类与外面世界取得关连的重要感情。所以，信仰的“信”，就是感恩；信仰的“仰”，就是敬畏。
小聪明永远管不了大智慧。没有管理思想的弱智化管理，只会用权势压制人、强奷人，极端家长式管教人，甩流氓最多只能给员工劳动的肢体支付薪酬，不能从员工的思想里得到任何价值。
主张管理专业化，是还专业知识一个尊严，也是对专业人才、职能部门最起码的尊重。
一切乐境，都可从劳动得来，一切苦境，都可从劳动解脱。何以解忧，快乐工作，活得有尊严。
人生每一次经历，认真总结、好好把握，便是一笔财富，要不然经历仅仅是经过。
天大的谎言：尊重领导是我们的天职，领导是我们的衣食父母。

组织所要做的是：搭好平台，让每个岗位上平凡的人做出不平凡的事。
吵架赢了道理输了情感,谁也输不起，所以无论发生任何矛盾都要保持一颗宽容之心。
不要讲“我以为”，要经常讲“不一定”。真要是顺其自然，那也是淡定人生。
企业什么都可以缺，就是不能缺人才；什么都可以有，就是不要有懒汉。经营企业就是经营人，管理企业事务就是管理人的事，处理企业矛盾也就是处理人的矛盾。
人本平庸，俗不可耐。
做一天和尚，让别人撞一天的钟，保护落后，养懒汉，就一个“混”字了得。因为见得，说不得，更管不得，组织永远走不出混的怪圈。
人与人的不同，是思想观念的不同，是格调高低与格局大小的不同，是价值追求与信仰境界的不同。
生活就是生下来活下去；幸福就是有幸走过，有福来过。每天都有人出生也有人去逝，来了，去了，就两万多天，好好过好每一天，牵手走过一生一世。
你急我不急，你气我不气。生气不如争气，早死不如赖活。
所谓人力资源，“选”、“育”、“留”、“用”是躯体，“选人用人”是左脚，“收入分配”是右脚，缺啥都是残废。
失言失信，不守时也就是不守信。一生人，有什么样的习惯，就有什么样的结果。
不瞎不聋，不会当家。大事不含糊，小事不纠缠。着眼大处，不拘小节，务实高效。
这个世界之所以精彩，是因为有不同的人存在。
