诠释：办公室的工作事无巨细，就工作本身而言，决定办公室服务工作必须是细节服务、优质服务、爱心服务。办公室是一个单位的重要窗口，代表着一个单位的形象，无论是外来领导还是一般人员，都要热情服务，把热情、周到的服务贯穿到接待工作的始终，使外来人员感到亲切、亲近，通过办公室来展示，努力塑造本单位的良好形象。办公室工作人员必须树立“大服务”理念，端正服务态度，文明用语，态度谦和，不漠视职工意见，及时破解职工难题，不推诿扯皮。以务实作风，高效服务，深入实际，用心调查分析，使问题在一线解决，确保服务满意度。
切实提高业务素质、政治素质和职业道德素质，不断加强业务培训，采取“以老带新、以管促学”薪火相传的方法，开展对标挖潜，多向友邻单位学习，把别人先进的工作方法、管理经验和思想观念引进来，并鼓励大家参加各种业务学习和在职教育，不断提高业务素质，提高工作能力，增强服务本领。
二、用心做事，尊重宽容
诠释：办公室的工作人员是领导的助手，其工作质量的好坏，直接影响到领导的工作效率。我们不仅工作态度要好，还要善于处理各方面的关系，自身要具备一定的能力，要有较强的组织和表达能力，多思考，说话、做事要有分寸，执行好党政保密工作。认真只能把事情做对，用心就能把事情做好。作为办公室人员，工作中一定要用心对待每一件事情，把每件小事都用心做好，才可能提高工作效率。办公室是策划、管理、协调和服务为一体的综合部门，其宗旨就是为企业服务、为领导服务、为员工服务，这就要求办公室人员力求做事“精”、“细”、“准”的同时，还要懂得尊重和宽容，多与各部门沟通、交流、互动，精诚合作，充分发挥纽带作用。作为办公室人员必须做到心平气和、不烦不躁、受得了气、吃得了亏、听得了冤枉话。
三、有效沟通，快乐工作
诠释：在具体工作中，多注意沟通交流的方式方法，要事前善意提醒，不事后无为争执，要认真领会上级意图，紧贴矿业公司中心和主题思想，有针对性地开展各项工作，及时了解和真实反映职工意见，为领导提供决策依据。在内部形成信息共享、互通有无、和谐相处、互帮互学，共同提高服务质量。合理分工合作，合理分解目标。多换位思考，为大家员工着想，让每个劳动者乐在其中，享受劳动的快乐，体现劳动的尊严。让每个组织成员都能快乐工作，生活得更有尊严。我们不图好人就有好报，但我们要用好报造就好人，不要让好人受挫，不要让老实人吃亏。关注有效沟通，不断提高工作效率，塑造心情舒畅、生动活泼和轻松快乐的工作氛围，注重人文关怀，打造快乐团队。
服务十则
