尊敬的各位嘉宾，各位朋友，亲爱的三生家人们：
大家好！
非常高兴又和大家在国家会展中心的舞台上见面了！欢迎大家来到这里，来到三生（中国）2018年度全球业务研讨峰会现场！说句心里话，每年的这个时候，我的心情都很激动，因为能够与这么多伙伴进行面对面的交流，聊聊这一年来的收获，畅想一下美好的未来。今天，台下就坐的来自祖国各地的两万多名三生新、老伙伴们，大家一路辛苦了！很高兴见到你们！当然，还有很多在世界各地的三生伙伴没有能够来到现场，也请大家把热烈的掌声送给正在通过手机和电脑观看直播的伙伴们！谢谢你们！
今天大会的主题是“越，无限”。这个越，代表的是一种追求梦想的态度，是一种向前进取的速度，更是一种理想人生的高度。我衷心希望三生能一直保持这种不断跨越的追求！今天，我们就将见证所有在2018年实现跨越的三生伙伴们，见证他们登上这个荣耀的舞台；还有所有符合车基金的三生事业伙伴，将得到公司荣誉表彰—奔驰大奖！
今天，我们在这里召开三生全球的年度大会，我感到非常荣幸。因为就在上个月的5号，就是在这里——上海国家会展中心，首届“中国国际进口博览会”隆重召开，习近平主席在这里，向来自全世界170多个国家3600多家企业展示了中国；而今天，我们同样在这里，向全球展示三生，展示三生精彩不断、美好无限的光明前程！展示三生人爱国、爱家、爱生活、爱人类的崇高情怀！
2018年，是中国改革开放四十周年，40年来，中国的经济得到了巨大的发展；但2018年大家都清楚地看到，大多数企业和个人的日子并不好过，整个经济下行压力非常明显，加上中美贸易战等诸多因素，经济环境不容乐观，很多企业面临着前所未有的危机和挑战。但就在这样的大背景之下，三生在社会各界的关怀下，在全体员工和营销伙伴的努力下，依然实现了既定的目标：业绩稳中有升，品牌继续成长。为此，我感到非常欣慰，也感到非常自豪。取得这样的成绩，我首先要感谢这个时代，感谢党和国家，感谢各级政府、感谢社会；感谢每一位三生员工，感谢每一位用户，更要感谢所有的三生事业伙伴，没有你们的努力和付出、就绝对不会有现在的三生！谢谢大家！
2019年，我们即将迎来属于自己的第十五年。对三生而言，这又将是一个崭新的开始。我站在这里，百感交集。
十四年前，我只是埋下了一颗梦想的种子，这么快，十四年就过去了，我们想成为一棵大树，我们想走得更远。令人感到欣慰的是，民营企业的平均寿命只有3.7年，三生已经稳稳地走过了十四年。这充分证明了无论从我们的产品、模式、服务，还是品牌、运营、管理等各方面都具备了较强的竞争力。未来十年、二十年，甚至一百年，我们都将继续保持这种前行的风格，让三生保持健康持续的发展。
但是，路走得再远，我们的初心将永远都不会改变：
我们为营销伙伴提供优质健康生活产品和服务的初心不会改变；
我们为营销伙伴创建全球最佳事业平台的决心不会改变；
我们要将三生打造成为全球健康产业的中国样本，成为最受人尊敬的国际化企业的愿景不会改变！
我们坚持“自尊敬人，惠人达己”的文化不会改变！
为了以更加从容、自信的状态迎接即将到来的十五周年，我们早已经准备好了！
我们做的第一件大事，是完成了企业文化的升级。
大家都知道，三生的核心价值观是“自尊敬人”四个字，这是我们三生人一直以来的行为准则，它来自于我从小就种在心里的一个善念：要做受人尊敬的事，要成为受人尊敬的人。但是，这几年来每当我读这四个字，心里总感觉缺了点什么，少了一点行动准则，我一直在想：
对三生而言：
我们存在的价值是什么？
我们的产品为谁而做？
我们搭建这个平台又如何能够帮助伙伴、员工在三生平台上实现梦想和自我价值？
这些问题一直盘踞在我的脑海里，时不时地蹦出来冲击我。直到去年我们导入了先进的“卓越绩效管理模式”后，我才找到了答案。
通过梳理，我们最终决定将三生的核心价值观从原来的四个字升级为八个字：就是“自尊敬人，惠人达己。”我希望所有三生人都能做到：不断地完善自我，为他人创造价值，在惠及他人的同时成就自己。这是我的观点，也将成为三生的核心价值观。
我们努力完善自我，创造价值，希望更多的人因为三生的存在而受益。他们也许是因为三生的产品和服务而获得健康，也许是因为三生的平台而改变命运，也许是因为三生“爱心1+1”的公益而得到帮助……这八个字，将成为我们完善自我的动力和行动方向。
我希望，我们的每一位伙伴、每一位员工，都能把“自尊敬人，惠人达己”这八个字装在心里，落实到行动中，让它成为我们的行为习惯，成为我们为员工、伙伴、用户、行业、社会、自然等各利益相关方创造价值的巨大动力！并推动三生实现“打造全球健康产业的中国样本，成为最受人尊敬的国际化企业”。
我们做的第二项大事，是把三生五位一体生态链的布局稳步落地。
三生在2017年提出“测、调、保、疗、养”五位一体全生态商业模式到现在已经整整一年了，这套环环相扣的商业模式为伙伴提供的是集“健康检测、科学调理、专属保障、精准医疗、养生养老”为一体的全生命周期健康管理服务。
在“健康检测”这一环节，我们的优福集因健康管理中心，不到两年时间就已经拥有了12万份成人易感基因的样本数据；我们和西门子联合成立的肿瘤标志物筛查实验室，不到一年的时间已经采集了3万多例样本数据；还有我们通过十多年的积累，虹膜信息库数据已达30万人……以后还会更多。这些数据都是我们的宝贵的财富，它将能为伙伴们未来的个性化保健和精准医疗提供科学的依据，同时也蕴藏着巨大的市场价值。
说到这里，我想要跟大家分享一下这些生态链项目的推进情况：
第一，我们提供高端体检服务的“大医集全科中心”已经在紧锣密鼓的进场装修中，它将在2019年正式和大家见面！
第二，我们的第一个细胞实验室和存储中心，也设计好了，准备进场装修，这个实验室将致力于应用国际领先的细胞生物治疗技术，集美容、护肤、头发再生、延缓衰老和预防癌症等多个核心业务，未来还会往更高的技术发展，为伙伴们提供保健、预防和精准的医疗服务。
第三，明年，我们还将推出全新的虹膜全息远程健康管理系统，这在稍后将会由孙总为大家详细介绍。
第四，2019年，我们三生健康产业园10万5千平方米的二期工程将正式投入使用，它将大大地提升三生的运营能力。
第五，建设了多年的游艇俱乐部也将投入使用。
第六，我们和中国食品工业发酵研究院联合研发了三年的牡蛎肽也将于2019年上市。
正在筹建的项目还有很多，我就不在这里一 一地详说了。
我们做的第三件大事，就是三生要不断地为社会创造价值。三生永远是一家以梦想、使命、价值观驱动的公司，我们存在的价值和意义就是为了让世界变得更加美好！这是我在公司成立的那一刻起就写下的一段话，现在挂在我们的党建展示厅内，十多年来，我们累计捐款、捐物达1亿多元。去年的这个时候，我们在这里向宁波市慈善总会和宁波海曙区慈善总会捐赠了5000万元“三生爱心基金”。为了响应党中央的号召，我想把这份爱心基金用于“精准扶贫”的公益项目，为那些因生活和学习困难而需要帮助的人们，带去一份爱心。今后，三生将会一如既往地参与社会公益事业，做一家有使命、有责任、有担当的企业。
2019年，我们将充分把握习近平总书记主持召开的民营企业座谈会精神的良好机遇，坚持以习总书记提出的中国经济社会“五大发展理念”为战略指引。
继续以全球化的思维和视野，去规划我们的全生态链健康产业集群，去制订我们的企业战略和市场举措！
继续开发更多、更好的健康生活产品，并加快国际市场的推进步伐；
继续优化和升级现有的商业模式，积极融入社交电商，融入新零售和产业互联网；融入全球共享经济新浪潮，融入全球人工智能的新时代。
向新而生，永不止步！迈向卓越，正能善念！
我相信三生一定能够成为全球健康产业领域里“新思维、新模式、新技术、新文化”的代表，一定能够成为全球健康产业的“中国样本”！
我有决心，更有信心！

I think that everything posted made a lot of sense.
However, what about this? what if you typed a catchier title?
I am not saying your content is not good., but suppose you added a post title that grabbed people’s
attention? I mean 越，无限 – 何朱必博客 is
kinda vanilla. You could look at Yahoo’s home page and see how they create post headlines to grab viewers to open the links.
You might try adding a video or a pic or two to get people interested about everything’ve written. In my opinion, it might
make your website a little livelier.
